Hung Kai Finance Company Limited is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sun Hung Kai Properties established in 1972.  It is registered as a deposit-taking company under the Banking Ordinance and supervised by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority. Its main businesses are deposit taking, mortgage referrals and mortgage financing.
